This is the most common session length for general mobility improvement and recovery. 60-Minute Full-Body Stretches are combination of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitations (PNF) and Active-Release Techniques (ART) focused on all the major muscle groups of your upper and lower extremities. Ideal for total recovery in an hour!
